1. Product introduction
The electronic table card refers to a new type of equipment that displays the information of the participant's unit, name, and title in the meeting. It replaces the traditional paper-printed plastic card, which is not only more beautiful, but also saves a lot of paper. At the beginning of the product market, it was favored by all users.
This product is researched and developed by our company. The software functions are simplified to make it more convenient to use. It also adds a hidden integrated function. The table card rises above the desktop when the customer uses it, and drops below the desktop when not in use to keep the desktop tidy.
2. Matters needing attention
⑴ After unpacking, please confirm whether the accessories are complete and whether there are obvious traces of shipping damage on the appearance of the equipment;
⑵ Before installing into the conference table, it is recommended to perform a single power-on test to confirm that the equipment is intact and free of faults before installing;
⑶ Do not use hard objects to knock or scratch the appearance of the equipment during installation, handle the equipment with care, avoid unnecessary misoperation to damage the equipment, and prevent the equipment from damaging the surface of the conference table;
⑷ Before powering on, please confirm whether the voltage is stable or not, and whether all interfaces are plugged in firmly;
⑸ In normal use, pay attention to cleaning the desktop before each operation to avoid unnecessary losses;
⑹ Please contact professionals in time when there is a fault, and do not disassemble the equipment without authorization.

4, installation steps
1. Before installing the equipment into the conference table, please power on and debug one by one to make sure that the appearance, lifting, and display of all equipment are normal.
2. Power on the device, connect the RJ45 network interface of the device to the switch with a network cable, the interface diagram is as follows:
If you need central control, you can connect all the devices in series with a suitable length.
3. Connect the debugging computer to the same switch of the equipment, insert the original U disk into the computer, and install the "electronic table card control software".
4. ID and IP settings
When all devices leave the factory, they have a unified default IP address: 192.168.1.88, and the ID number is 0. The customer needs to modify the IP address and relearn the ID number according to the order of on-site use.
After the control software is installed, the desktop will automatically generate a shortcut, first open the administrator authority of this software, the steps are as follows:
Right-click→Properties→Compatibility→Check "Run this program as an administrator" Double-click the software to open, first click "Settings→Network", select the network card, as shown below:
Since all table cards are shipped from the factory with the same IP address, this will cause IP conflicts and the table cards cannot be detected, so you can only modify the settings one by one.
(1) First, power on the table that needs to be set to ID 1 to rise, and all other table cards are lowered into place, so that the table cards are turned off.
(2) Click "Detect Online Table Card" in the electronic table card control software, the table card with ID number 0 and IP address 192.168.1.88 will appear in the software list. If it is not detected, please check the network connection status.
(3) Click the mouse to select the table card in the software list, enter 1 in the ID box, click to modify the ID, confirm, and prompt the modification is successful.
(4) After the ID number is successfully modified, click again to select the table card in the software list, and then click Modify IP. The dialog box will pop up and enter the IP address to be modified.
After restarting, the table 1 is successfully edited. Use the same steps to edit subsequent tables. If there is an editing disorder, the table cards can be restored to factory settings.
Mouse click to select the table card that needs to be restored→click settings→select restore factory settings→confirm→restore successful!
Nameplate editing: After editing all table plates, you can edit the content of the displayed nameplate.
Open the "Name Edit Template" in the original U disk. The file is the 03 version of the Excel table. The contents of the first row are: ID, unit, name, and position. Customers need to enter the content to be displayed in the relatively downward table. Save and close the document after input.
